Sales Operations Lead

Chargehound is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to help facilitate the sales process, source deals, and drive revenue.

At Chargehound, we offer companies the most scalable and powerful solution for managing chargebacks and friendly fraud. About 1% of all online sales will be disputed this year and Chargehound is best suited to help merchants recapture that opportunity. As online sales grow, so does Chargehound, and we're looking for someone exceptional to join our team.

Chargehound is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to help facilitate the sales process, source deals, and drive revenue. This is a highly hands-on role that will involve a lot of day-to-day working directly with the CEO. This is a junior-level position for someone who wants to be given an opportunity to grow with the company, and learn a lot about startups and the fintech space.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the sales team to ensure next steps are being executed on for every lead.
  • Hold sales demos both remotely and in-person.
  • Research targeted leads and prepare necessary collateral on-time.
  • Help transition newly-won accounts over to the Onboarding team.
  • Assess new opportunities and where to source them.
  • Run the sales process and close deals.

Who you are:

  • No prior sales experience needed, but you will need to demonstrate an aptitude for sales.
  • Any prior experience in the fintech/payments and SaaS space is a plus
  • Emphasis on being detail and execution oriented - someone who makes sure things get done on time every time is highly regarded.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • An affinity for technical products - Chargehound is a very technical solution and those who want to learn about how fintech products work will benefit from working here.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive data analysis and recognize patterns
  • Capable of building strong relationships with clients and liaise with internal team at Chargehound
