At Chargehound, we offer companies the most scalable and powerful solution for managing chargebacks and friendly fraud. About 1% of all online sales will be disputed this year and Chargehound is best suited to help merchants recapture that opportunity. As online sales grow, so does Chargehound, and we're looking for someone exceptional to join our team.

Chargehound’s service works in the fintech ecosystem, which means working with a variety of partners that help differentiate our product. We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships who can help us build a pipeline and execute on these strategic partners. Externally, you’ll need to be opportunistic about strategic alignments. Internally, you’ll need to work collaboratively with stakeholders to navigate priorities. This person will also help take on a variety of strategic projects that require partnerships components. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to materially impact the business.

What you’ll do: - Structure complicated deals and navigate challenging discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Negotiate strategic deals while working within the Chargehound value system, which means treating partners fairly and as we would want to be treated. - You will often be the tech, product, and business person rolled into one – a position you should feel comfortable holding. - Learning about a wide span of topics and quickly go deep where needed. - Work directly with the CEO to define goals and objectives.

Who you are: - 5+ years business experience; preferably, you have financial services partnerships experience and a personal network. Payments expertise is a plus. - Proactive business thinker with experience building a pipeline of high-impact growth partners. - A strong affinity for technology and product. - Ability to clearly articulate a potential partner value prop, test it, and inspire executive confidence and sponsorship around the opportunity. - Background developing partnership structures and putting in place unique deals. - Collaborative mentality and ability to get buy in from internal stakeholders. - Good leadership experience and stellar communication skills. - A team player and strong communicator, who works well with other functional heads as part of Chargehound’s go-to-market leadership team
